25 min drive by car – Private parking lots and beach facilities for a fee
The largest beach in the area is at Nerano (Marina del Cantone). The road leads directly to the parking lots near the beach (in the high season, it is not easy to find a place if you arrive at late hours). There are many private facilities that rent out sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as many good restaurants on stilts over the sea open both at lunch and dinner time. Here it’s also possible to rent boats and rubber boats to reach (more easily than from Massa Lubrense) spectacular places such as Positano, or otherwise inaccessible bays and have a fantastic swimming experience.
