The house has a bedroom and a living room with two extendible beds. There is air conditioning in each room. The house will provide bed linen and towels, some soap (for hands, dishes and shower) and toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glasses, pots and kitchen utensils. On the main terrace there is a barbecue (coal is not supplied), in the bathroom there is the washing machine. The main terrace can be covered by tailored tents for shading in the sun. All the terraces overlook the sea and offer a breathtaking panorama of Naples, Procida, Ischia and also of a luxury beach club which, sometimes, hosts musical events in the summer evenings (guest who require absolute silence must know that when events occur, the music sound can be heard from the house).

When you are willing of renting a car, we suggest a small car due to the tight streets of the Coast. The parking spots can be hard to find and the private parking places are expensive (especially in Positano). Moreover the private parking spots we offer is a small one, perfect for scooters and small cars. You will be always able to park the car in the available free parking spots that San Montano offers!

The house is located on a private, rather steep downhill slope, San Montano (if you are not fond of walking or are not trained the climb up to the main road can be tiring), which ends (a few minutes’ walk away) with a flight of steps leading down to the sea (with a small pebble beach). At the entrance to the park (an uphill road, about a minute’s walk) are bus stops for Sorrento and other locations. The park entrance is about 700 meters from the town square, where you can find all kinds of stores or even rent cars and scooters. It is advisable to have a small car (for which we offer a dedicated parking space in the proximity of the house) in order to be able to reach more easily the many beauties in the vicinity.

If you want to hire a car or motorbike to get around the coast in comfort and autonomy, you can do so at Naples airport or Sorrento, but also in Massa Lubrense (https://www.sorrental.com).
When you prefer not to drive, there is the possibility of moving in comfort either from the airport/station in Naples to your home or for a tour of the Amalfi coast or Pompeii by hiring a car with driver or by the taxi service of Massa Lubrense.
As an alternative to the car, you can use the SITA busses, which will drive you directly on top of San Montano and around the cost, or the train Circumvesuviana, which drives from Naples to Sorrento stopping by Pompei, Ercolano and all the cities under the Vesuvius.

From the small beach of the park, the characteristic port of Marina della Lobra can be reached with a nice 10/15 minute walk along the sea.
Here you can find restaurants and bars overlooking the harbour.
From this port, mini-cruises leave for Capri and the Amalfi coast. It is also possible to rent a private boat.

In Massa Lubrense main square there are different shops such as Supermarket Conad (how to get there),
a really good butcher for your barbecue nights (how to get there),
handmade sandals shop and
the Tourist info point (how to get there).
