Mena, the housekeeper, will welcome you at the Check-in and is also responsible for the Check-out. For the correct mandatory registration procedure, each guest is kindly required to provide to Mena the following personal data: first name, last name, place of birth, date of birth, type of document, document number. For your convenience, you can simply send a photo of your ID card through whatsapp the day before your arrival. Once the datas are registered you will receive an email with the confirmation and the appointment with Mena to better show you the house and give you the keys.
All the local hospitality facilities are required by law to collect the required Tourist Stay Tax and pay it to the Massa Lubrense municipality. The tax amount is 2 euros per day for a maximum of 5 days. The tax only applies to adult visitors (people below 18 and 75 yo are exempted). You can pay at your Check-in the total tax amount to Mena. It is appreciated when you pay with the precise total.
FROM NAPLES
By car: take the Napoli-Salerno (A3) highway. Exit at CASTELLAMMARE and follow the road signs to Sorrento. From Sorrento, keep going towards Massa Lubrense.
By public transportation: From Naples (piazza Garibaldi train station) a train, called Circumvesuviana, leaves to Sorrento. Outside the train station in Sorrento you can find the Sita buses going to Massa Lubrense. Ask to the bus driver to stop at the Riviera di San Montano stop, this is your house park! Once you are there you have just to go down the slope and find the house number 36!
About 10 minutes after passing Sorrento, you’ll find the entrance of San Montano Park…
