Enjoy our house as it was yours! To help you familiarize with the local habits, please make sure to respect these few guidelines.
energy
It is mandatory to turn off air conditioners and heaters when leaving home. It has unfortunately happened quite a few times that guests have shown wrong behaviours like leaving the heating or air conditioning systems on for the whole day while they were out, causing both an economic and ecological damage. Therefore, the gas and electricity usage will be measured and included in the rental price if the values fall within a reasonable consumption range. The extra cost of €60 per week for the electricity will be charged to be paid at the check out.
garbage
A strictly sorted collection of garbage is required by law. You will find all the relevant informations in the kitchen. Bins (on the main terrace and outside the door) and bags (both in the kitchen) are at your disposal. Each garbage bag must be deposited in their proper bins located outside the entrance door in the evening hours of the days shown below. In case of doubts on how to correctly differentiate the garbage, you’ll find full instructions in the house or ask the houskeeper.
respect
The smell of smoke is very persistent and might be very annoying to the guests who will stay after you. For this reason, it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the house. Also, this is a holiday time for you and the people around you, so there is a rather high level of general tolerance. However, you are kindly invited to take other tourists’ needs into account and refrain from making noise at inappropriate times.
